In addition to Peggy and Fred In Hell, Thornton has completed 16 films and videos since 1974. Tonight’s program includes her recent Old Worldy (premiere), The Last Time I Saw Ron, Strange Space (these two starring The Wooster Group’s electrifying Ron Vawter), her in-progress The Great Invisible, and Adynata (1983). Thornton will be awarded the 1996 Maya Deren Award this Spring.
