New From Canyon Cinema
A program of varied films which have recently been completed or made available for the first time. Included will be the West Coast premieres of Peter Hutton’s Budapest Portrait, a Hungarian-sponsored series of images and impressions of this Iron Curtain country, and Brancusi’s Sculpture Ensemble At Tirgu Jiu by Paul Sharits, a chronicle of a visit Sharits made to Roumania in order to see three of Brancusi’s most famous sculptures.
